Ex-Citibanker Jerry Rao 'fathers' an LPO firm

Sorry for the bad pun but JuriMatrix is seems to be co-founded by Jerry's son.

Jerry Rao has become an angel investor in a company called JuriMatrix, based in Bangalore.
Jerry Rao has joined the board of this company as the non-executive chairman. JuriMatrix offers services such as litigation discovery, corporate due diligence, contract management and legal research. Rajat Gupta, former MD of McKinsey and Hema Ravichandar former HR head of Infosys are advisors to the firm.
